• Ability to stand, patrol, and communicate clearly

• Suits, ties, polos, and tactical gear kept spotless
   
• No stains, wrinkles, excessive cologne, or sloppy footwear

Officers are paid based on assignment type, location, and required attire.

Violations may result in immediate removal from the roster and/or rate reduction to Florida Minimum Wage ($14/hr) for that shift:

• Being late
   
• No-call/no-show
   
• Sloppy uniform
   
• Disrespect to clients or staff
   
• Phone use on duty
   
• Sleeping on duty
   
• Failure to follow instructions
   
• Causing embarrassment to the brand
   

Serious violations may be escalated to the Florida Dept. of Agriculture for license review.
